November 11, 2008. 2) This is a stunning 68, I just invested $10,000.00 (with receipts) work done by ACI in toledo (corvette specialist) on just the engine compartment and interior. had new wiper mechanics /headlights pumps all new wiring harness from fiber optics to tail lights, new bulbs thruout, counsel parts including lenses,(clock does not work) new carpet and storage compartments. seats are totally original! New windshield and weatherstripping. This car also had the engine compartment detailed all professionally done. Paint is about 3 years old and looks great! That was done before I bought it and they disassembled it and painted it correctly! brand new tires (less than 100 miles) and rare hubcaps! the frame is excellent and the a frame around the wind shield is perfect. Door hinges are tight and close well, tops fit great and rear window is removable, this car was a kentucky car and is very clean!!! this is a LOW mileage BEAUTIFUL car that need very little like the chrome on the bottom of the rear bumpers have pitting and someone painted the exhaust silver.
