Car history:
Brought from KS to NC in 1970. Owner had 3 '69's . This car was his street car, the other two were race cars, one being equipped with ZL-1 engine(not sure if original or not). 26291 was wrecked in '72 or '73 and has a service replacement frame, all four quarter panels, rear valance and tail lamp panels. All NOS GM parts. The engine was removed and prepped by the Jr. Johnson shop during this era. Location of original engine unknown at this time. I sold the car and it was last know to be on the West Coast of the US. Documentation was tank sticker. Car was verified by Dave Borroughs and Tim Thorpe as they were there when the tank was dropped.
