| We have here a 1969 Corvette Roadster with the extremely rare aluminum head L88 engine. This car was stored in Southern California since the 70s, until about 5 years ago when I purchased it from the original owners. At that time it was stripped down to bare fiberglass and painted it back to its original LeMans Blue color. The L88 engine has also been stored since the early 70s, at which time it was professionally built for racing with full roller cam and rockers, two 4-barrel Holleys, and it was also balanced and blueprinted. There was no running time on the engine. The engine was installed one year ago, and had limited pleasure driving since then. The paint has never been cut or buffed, but looks good. All paint and bodywork was done with the best prep and materials. Car has 70524 original miles, new convertible top, and I installed power steering on the car for ease of driving. The car needs very little tlc. Head casting number: 3946074. Block casting number: 3955270. Engine suffix number: MR. Exterior color code: 976. Interior: black. Soft top: white. The block has been decked, all numbers indicate it's from a 1969 Corvette L88. Trim code: ZQ4. Body date code: H11. Colors from the owner. Bult date is H11. 70,524 miles from the odometer.
