| This Vette is a super nice car that has a killer look. It's a matching numbers car that is a great driver to go along with the killer look. Exterior of the Corvette. Down this sides it has great lines and the body has no issues that we can see. The hood and doors fit well and when you look around the front end you won't see any cracks or paint issues. This is a T Top car with great fit with good seals. The paint on this Corvette is done in the Rootbeer color that looks phenomenal, especially on a sunny day. It has a slick finish and deep rich shine. When you look in the jams and lip under the hood it all looks very good. This was the last year for the chrome bumpers and the ones on this '70 appear to have been rechromed. To finish off the look it's sitting on a set of 8 Ralleys and Firestone White Letter Tires. On the inside it's all done in the tan vinyl. The bucket seats are in great condition and ride comfortably. Looking at the dash it all looks correct with the 160 MPH Speedo and Tach with the 6000 RPM Red Line. Also it has the correct AM FM radio with all the center gauges. This T Top car has the bags and tie downs for when the tops are out, and all the windows work as they should. As a whole the interior is in great condition with some general aging. Under the hood it all looks correct. The engine is the Matching Numbers 350 V8 with the CTH Suffix 350 HP. It has the factory aluminum valve covers and Quadrajet carburetor with a chrome breather. It retains the stock manifolds and dual exhaust. The trans is the matching numbers M-20 Muncie 4 Speed with the factory shifter. As with all Vette's of this year it has the Four Wheel Power Disc Brakes and it also has Power Steering. Looking under this Vette the frame is solid and it has new bushings up front. Also, the pans are in great shape with no signs of damage. April 15, 2016. |
