| 1976 Time Machine FOR SALE: Corvette L-48 Step in, turn the key, and this car will take you back to 1976, the last year of the Corvette Stingray. When a car engine rumbled like thunder in the distance instead of humming like a sewing machine as they do now. They broke the sound barrier with the infamous Concord Supersonic airplane while this thing was achieving warp speed at sea level. You will pull up and see peoples heads turn towards you as if you were a supermodel while driving this classic 1976 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray L-48. There is no meteorite damage, however it has acquired very minor dimpling of the paint due to cosmic dust. There is a $59.99 circuit board on the back of the tachometer that needs replacing. The radio and clock still work! Other than that it has only 75,000 original hours of flight time and is in excellent mechanical condition. It has an automatic transmission with a powerful 350 V8 that feels like an earthquake is hitting the area. The T-Tops (with storage bag) and power windows allow a great open-air feel. These cars are classics, and will only continue to increase in value. Must see and hear to appreciate. Serious drivers only.
