| This 1968 Corvette Convertible is in great condition for its age. Over the past 41 years, this car has been cared for and garaged like a classic should be. This car is very clean on the exterior as well as the interior. It is in overall very good condition. The seats are in great shape with no crack, rip, or fading. The dash has NO crack - a common problem. The console and instrument cluster are in good condition and all functional. The exterior is in good shape with shiny paint. The paint does have some spider cracking that are notorious on Corvettes. The Rallye rims and BF Goodrich tires have tons of tread left. The emergency brake does not work. All the chrome is there and in good shape. All of the glass is good. The NUMBERS MATCHING 327 engine runs strong and smooth. The factory 4 speed shifts as designed. This car does not appear to ever have been smoked in. I was told by the current owner that the mileage noted is accurate. Colors from the trim plate. Built date is F12. 92,069 miles from the odometer. June 23, 2009. |
