3) The body lines are very good on this car, doors close nice with good gaps. The paint is driver quality, probably a 10 footer. It has a good shine as seen in pics, the top is fairly new. Interior needs to be redone but could be drove as is while working on it. The engine runs out good and sounds great with the BRAND NEW Hooker headers into side pipes. They are ceramic coated and have just been installed. Tires are good, the car stops and steers just fine. The steering was re-worked by previous owner and some rear end work done also. We bought the car to work on as we drove it but have too many projects going. This car is an easy project just needs a little time spent on it. The wipers do not work (imagine that) and we have most of the parts to go to them. We were going to delete the wiper door all the way and install a different hood. We also have the new panel for the rear to fill the holes where the exhaust exited. The motor is a matching number block and we have the exhaust manifolds to go with it also. Lights work, tach does not. 73,107 miles from the odometer. January 31, 2010. 2) This is a Numbers Matching Corvette powered by the original 350ci 300hp V8 and the original Muncie 4-speed manual transmission VIN 194679S706407. I have taken pictures of the production numbers to so you can see that it is matching. I purchased this from the original owner and have the original owner’s manual, tank sticker and a copy of the original title from 1969. To the best of my knowledge it has an original 73,106 miles. This Corvette is a nice driver. It has excellent power and shifts through all the gears properly. The headlights and wipers work (wiper door needs repair, but can be opened manually). The original color was Fathom Green and was repainted Monza Red by the previous owner – the paint looks great. The black convertible top was recently replaced and is in great shape. The original rally wheels are in good shape. The interior is the original, factory Black and in good condition. It has a new radiator, new BF Goodrich TA tires, newly rebuilt carburetor (not original), new power steering piston/valve, new HEI ignition with mechanical tach drive, new front brakes (disc/calipers), new brake lines all the way around, new water pump, new belts, new gaskets, front end suspension redone a year ago. Some of the items that are not working are: the tach (just needs a new cable), fiber optics in center console, clock, temperature gauge, parking brake. Shifts fine, but needs new clutch throw-out bearing. Car originally from and driven in Florida until I purchased it. I am in South Carolina and drive it only on rain free days - stays in my garage with a premium custom fit flannel car cover (comes with the car). Again, this is a nice, drivable Corvette and just needs some tinkering to be a great car. Colors from the trim plate. Built date is C31. Motor suffix code is V1022HY. 73,106 miles from the odometer.
