That does not mean that it is not a great touring machine. The 327 has plenty of power, and the automatic transmission is tight and smooth. 1) 1968 Corvette Coupe, 327/300 horsepower, auto, A/C, power steering, power brakes, &AM-FM stereo. This car is a new Stingray trade-in. The previous owner purchased the vehicle in 2000 and spent the next 10 years restoring it. The body was stripped, gelcoated, sealed, primed, and had a basecoat clear coat paint job in the original British Green. The engine and transmission were rebuilt prior to purchase and were believed to have only 1,200 miles on them in 2000.
