| This auction is for a 1978 Corvette project car, with no reserve. Please look at the pictures carefully. The trim tag states this was originally an L-48 car with yellow exterior and black leather interior. The entire drivetrain, interior, trim, wiring, bumpers, all bracketry and rear suspension have been removed. The doors are shells, there is no glass or interior parts. Really, what you see in the pictures is what you get. The car was in a front end collision, and as a result the body has many broken and cracked panels. The frame seems solid, but due to the fact that it was hit on the right front, I must assume it is not straight. Both floors need to be repaired. The birdcage kickups at the firewall on the driver side and the window surround on the driver side both are rotted (in fact, part of the VIN tag has rotted) and will need to be repaired. Otherwise the birdcage seems solid. The windshield is broken. The passenger side door has rusted on the bottom, the driver side door is solid. The rear window is a defroster and is good. The front suspension is still intact. The hood is in good shape. The left headlight assembly is intact, but is broken. I have no paperwork for this car. I bought it with a bill of sale and will sell it with a bill of sale. There is no shipping, for local pickup by the buyer. I will gladly help load it onto your trailer. I am selling many of the parts from this car, so feel free to look in my ebay store for them |
