1) 1968 Corvette Coupe, L-89 (427-435 hp with aluminum heads), 4 speed, numbers match and appears to be the real deal! International Blue paint with Black interior. Newer paint (but not that great), interior, chrome, brakes, exhaust, and tires. Optioned with power brakes, power windows, telescopic, speed warning, transistorized ignition, M-21, 4.11 posi, SS brakes, AM/FM stereo radio, tri-power, aluminized exhaust, side louver trim, tinted glass, P02 hubcaps, and F-70x15" red stripe tires. Most all factory correct type components including the T-3 headlights. This is one of only 624 L-89 Corvette produced in 1968 and is quite rare and desirable. 2) This is a beautiful and very rare 1968 Corvette L89 Roadster 427/435hp tri power. This car runs, drives and shows great. This very very rare l89 tri-power is one of approx. 600 made. The L-88 and L-89 427 blocks have a unique casting number which was ONLY used with the aluminum heads! They are the same exact blocks! This car is mostly original, almost a survivor! Blue paint coded; with blue interior (changed to black) in great condition. The vette is a complete #s matching, All original block, carbs (date coded), alum intake, valve covers, air cleaner, manifolds, RARE aluminum L-89 heads, radiator, etc. All componets from air cleaner down to oil pan is the original to the car! This car has been varified by the NCRS judge to be the original engine to the car. Engine pad are as follows: STAMP #'s - T0718IU + 8S426866 .The engine compartment is original, the car has been repainted before I owned it and shows very well with some fine stress cracks on the upper edges and couple of chips that had been touched up. There are very few imperfections, all of which are very minor. Looks Mint from a few feet away! Many NOS chrome parts. RARE OPTIONS: transistor ignition system, telescoptic steering wheel, speed warning sensor, power windows, power brakes, AM/FM radio, international blue paint, Interior changed to black from the factory blue (easy fix), T-tops, pop-out rear window, front fender chrome gill inserts, wood grain steering wheel, it also has the P01 rare turbine wheel covers!! ENGINE: 427ci 435hp tri-power engine, L-89 aluminum heads, M-21 close ratio 4-Spd. Runs and drives perfect. Starts on first turn of the key! The cars motor has 66K original miles and never been rebuilt! No oil burn or any sign of tail pipe smoke at any speed! Very Very Fast!
