| Beautifully restored Cortez silver (greyish silver) 1969 Corvette convertible. Almost totally numbers matching (after market hi torque starter, new aluminum radiator, after market carburetor, after market radio). Have all restoration records and also have a complete set of original documents including the owners manual (with the registration tearout still in the book), warranty plate, wheel ring instructions, headlight washer instructions. The original vin number tag was rusted through so I replaced it with a near perfect replica but I still have the rusted original vin number tag. I am the third owner of this car (actually the second owner officially) and have owned the car for approximately 16 years. Restoration took many of those years. Only driven approximately 800 miles since a complete restoration. 350 cu in 300 HP motor (no. 195731174 - V0911HY) totally rebuilt by K&S Machine shop. Engine block no. 3925661. 4 speed transmission (no. 3925661), totally rebuilt positraction rear end (G619). Power steering. Cortez silver base coat clear coat (I know should be laquer but I wanted a nice paint job). Original factory hardtop (black vinyl) is also available for an extra $400 above the selling price. This is in storage and was not restored but it appears in excellent condition. New gas tank, shocks, tires, wheels, trim rings, bumpers, exhaust, wiper motor, master cylinder, wheel cylinders, carburetor, clutch, pressure plate, aluminum radiator, flywheel, brakes and rotors, battery, wiring harnesses, soft top, carpets, floor mats, moldings, chrome pieces, hardware, bezels, gaskets, emblems, hoses, filters, lamps, insulation, windshield, seals, alternator, belts, vacuum lines, switches, door panels, etc. about the only thing the car needs appearance wise are new bumperettes for the front bumper. The existing ones could use replating. The car runs and sounds beautiful. The motor, when torn down, had a mild camshaft in it so I left it in the motor. It is registered in New York, has been NY State inspected and is insured for $35,000+. The car is located outside of Buffalo, NY.
