This cars story is a little sad. It was my fathers car and he is no longer with us. The car was forgotten about for over a year. When my mom was packing to move we discovered/remembered the Vette in the garage attached to the barn. My mom had probably not ever been out there. My wife, sister and I cranked it (that took a while) and drove it to the shop where it had always been serviced. The shop recomended that we either replace the origional motor or rebuild it due to the fact that it had not been driven in over a year. We took their recomendation to put in a new crate motor. We obviously have all the #s matching origional parts along with the engine and all that comes with the car. The shop that did the work is a very reputable Corvette exclusive shop. The AC works perfectly Power Windows There is a small mark on one of the T-Tops and a small mark on one of the front lights. The paint is not origional. I am not sure when it was repainted but the paint is perfect. There is no rust on this car. We drive it about once a week. The new motor has about 600 miles on it. There are about 60,000 miles total.
