Car history:
A totally original 1968 427 435 Hp Tri Power 4 speed convertible. This classic was a two year total frame-off restoration project. The original color was corvette bronze with brown interior. The car is now red with red interior and black top. This is a numbers matching original engine with correct carbs, transmission, and rear end (all have been rebuilt). The body was removed and the frame was sand blasted and painted. Also Included are new lines, brakes and exhaust. This Corvette was ordered with a rare speed warning Indicator option. This is one of the best 1968's we have ever had and is the first year for the new body style. ONLY 65369 ORIGINAL MILES. There is no documentation or papers with this car, the color was changed from the original corvette Bronze with brown interior to a Red interior Red exterior color. The original trim tag was misplaced during restoration so we bought a new one to match the new color. which was disclosed in the description The engine #'s are T092IR - 18S401409 which matches the Vin #. this is a true 427 435 hp matching numbers car those of you that keep questioning the validity of this auto don't waste my time with your questions. I have been restoring corvette's for 25 years and I am not in the habit of stating things that are not true. 65,369 miles. April 7, 2008.
