| Some history on the 1968 Corvette the Corvette was originally purchased in Illinois and came to California early in its life I have paperwork dating back to 1973 and what I can see as far as paperwork it was very well maintained I believe the Corvette has had 5 owners me being 5th the last owner had it for approximately 10 years he never drove the car for the exception of taking it around the block every few weeks he had gotten really ill and the car sat for a year NOTE: (Corvette started right up) The Corvette has roughly 70,000 miles it shows in the paperwork that the 327 was rebuilt at 60000 miles This is a no-hit Corvette it's never been in any type of accident the frame and The Birdcage look excellent Even the vacuum operated headlamps and wiper door work this is just an exceptional Corvette The rear end gear ratio is a 3:55 posi Special note: This Corvette is extremely special to me and with good reason the Corvette was built in 1968 and I was born in 1968 the Corvette was built in July of 1968 and I was born in July of 1968 it is truly my dream car and thank you for allowing me to share |
