Car history:
1) 1968 Corvette coupe t top. Numbers matching car. 327/300 th 400 automatic car. Per the trim tag Original rally red with black standard interior. About 2900 68 corvettes were done rally red. Around 5000 68 corvettes were automatic. This car will need restoration. Factory no a/c. Has p/s this car has been sitting, stored for years in the shop. I have decided to part ways with my old cars. Bird cage appears to be in good shape. Vin number intact and matches vin on the engine block and transmission case. Engine and Trans are out of car. Engine was pulled apart for inspection. Correct heads, intake, exhausts manifolds. I have clear va title. Car has all four rally wheels with trim rings and center caps. Frame appears solid, straight for sure. It will need blasting to clean up and remove some scaling. Body has had some minor fiberglass repairs. May have minor cracks still. I want to describe this car as best possible. Car interior very original needing some restoration. Original radio. Dash is complete. Looks like the car was painted one time. Car rolls, steers. Driver door inner frame needs attention, outside skin trying to detach. Sold for $6,000 on April 8, 2017.
