| Added to Registry 05/02/1013 Mileage: 54,628 miles 1982 Chevrolet Corvette Collector Series. One of 6,759 produced. Decent shape for a 31 year old car. Garaged most of it's life, has sat on the driveway in the sun for about 2 years. I'm the second owner; bought it in 1988, original 54628 miles on odometer. Original Mirrored Glass T-Tops. New Goodyear GT 500 tires installed when I bought. Original transmission rebuilt three years ago. New Brake Rotors, Calipers, Pads and Hoses when I bought it. Very good strong, comfortable runner; excellent 26 hiway mpg on trips. I have used Mobil 1 in it since day one. Uses a pint of oil between changes. Valve cover gaskets replaced. Had gas tank cleaned, fuel pump and strainer replaced last year. New Radiator, thermostat and a/c heater fan switch. Rear hatch takes a little effort to open. Original paint has a few areas needing attention, the horizontal surfaces show some sun fading. One paint blemish on left side front rubber bumper and I have a new hood decal for it, original decal is checked. Have not used air conditioner in years. Radio doesn't work. Seat belts are worn from being caught in door catch. Right seat cushion checked. Left door panel checked. Some surface rust on frame. Will probably need shock absorbers. |
