| Car history: |
| This vehicle was restored professionally 5 years ago and has been sitting in a garage for over a year now. I just recently got this running and rolling. It is an original air car but the air conditioning is not in working order, however the air was all in working condition when we put it up last year. The car was sold as a #'s matching car when it was purchased (by my father-in-law) but after inspection the block #'s have been decked-off. So I can't imagine this happening to a matching #'s car so we are selling it as non-matching. The body and paint look good but not perfect. I would give it an 8 on a 1 to 10. Flaw on the door and the small crack developing in the hood (pictured). The casting # on the block is 3956618 which confirms that it is a 350/350 4-bolt main from a corvette. So it looks like it probably is the original engine. But please understand that the block has been decked enough that the top stamp isn't legible. I just got this info from a friend. 98,595 miles. Colors from the owner. Built date is H17. September 11, 2009. |
