10/02/2014 1976 Corvette Stingray 4-speed. Selling due to my age and back condition. Drive this car anywhere! Clear Arizona title in my name. Purchased approximately early February this year. I had never owned a Corvette and purchased and drove this home from California. Unfortunately it is to difficult for me to get in and out of so it must go. All receipts for my work and receipts from previous owner. New or newer items include brake system, new Heavy Duty Shocks, Radiator, upper and lower radiator hoses, complete tune up, New 255 60R 15 Cooper tires. New center caps and lug nuts. Front end alighnment, inside door mechanisms have been replaced. I have some new items pictured, new but not installed....Radiator overflow Old one does not leak, new outer door latches drivers side installed, new seat belts drivers side installed, new side mirror install kits passenger installed, new door locks drivers side installed and new key switch not installed. Some of these new items needed to be installed for correct function New seat backs. I purchase a nice used back glass defogger to replace existing that has many scratches. New two drive shaft u- joints. New radio antenna radio/CD system aftermarket works good. This has the original fender alarm but is untested. I also have old and new set of keys including spare tire carrier lock. This will need an interior kit and outside paint. I can't tell if the silver is primer or silver paint?? The original color is 37L Mahogany. Interior is original black. Heat gauge, oil pressure gauge, speedometer and fuel gauge work correctly. Tachometer does not funtion but I did replace inline resistor with new one and it tried to move but did not function. Charging system works correctly but amp gauge not registering. Horn assembly complete but does not TOOT. Front and rear lights function but door lids try to open but won't. Will close with light swich properly once they are opened manually...everything appears to be there for headlight door operating mechanisms. The previous owner bypassed the heater core so I would assume it needs a new one. All of needed repairs would have been looked at eventually if I were to keep it. My main concern was drivability first then the afforementioned items and then onto the pretty stuff paint and cosmetics. Again you can drive this car home. Lots of fun to drive once I get in it and I am dissappointed to have to sell but if I cannot enjoy then someone else should!! A/C system is complete but will need to be charged. Also cooling system completely flushed with new NAPA orange coolant installed. Also has tilt and telescopic steering power steering of course. Engine code V0819CKW...Carb Rochester 17056207...2096 AOC. Engine Pad has correct vin.
