Car history:
2) I am selling a beautiful 1968 Chevy Corvette T-Top Coupe, first year of the iconic C3 Shark design. It is a #'s Matching L79 327ci V8 with 350HP & 4 speed manual transmission. Starts right up every time, idles smooth, runs and drives great, and stops on a dime. Plenty of power to get up and go! Power steering and Power Disc Brakes make driving fun and easy so it doesn't feel like an old car. It also has Power Windows and a Telescoping Steering Wheel, which are rare options and still work as they should. Also has the pop-out back window which, along with the T-Tops, makes it feel like a convertible. The metallic blue paint is beautiful and really makes the car stand out. The frame and floors are in great shape as well, with no rust or damage. The chrome bumpers and other trim are in good shape. The blue interior is in very good condition, showing minimal wear for its age. Door panels have a small repair at the top edge. The radio looks original but is a newer model with a digital display, digital tuner and USB. It is meant to look old, but is all modern technology. Signals, lights, gauges, all work as they should. The headlights pop-up on their own when the car is started, I think a vacuum hose is reversed somewhere. Never driven in the rain or bad weather, always kept in a heated garage. Not a show or museum car, but something you can drive to your local show and enjoy on the weekends. Overall, it's a great collectible Corvette that will only go up in value, but more importantly it's truly a blast to drive and will put a smile on your face every time you take it out. 33,838 miles (Odometer probably broken). Sold for $18,050 on April 2, 2017.
