This car runs and drives like new. The car has power disc brakes and is fathom green metallic with green vinyl interior, The stamping on the engine block is FO822LR. I purchased this corvette from a elderly gentleman in California in 2006. I brought the corvette to Colorado and did a frame on restoration. The frame was in great condition with only some light surface rust. The engine had been rebuilt once in the early 1980's and runs good with good compression. The engine was removed, cleaned up, new gaskets and seals and mounts were installed. The interior was completely restored. The paint job on the car is two years old and not show quality. The paint has several small imperfections but is stll in very good driver quality condition. It has a new convertible top, tires, brake components, suspension parts, bushings, clutch, u-joints, and exhaust system. I am missing the smog pump and brackets but the exhaust manifolds do have the plugs in them for the smog tubes also missing is the spare tire and jack. The chrome is very good condition. The windshield is new, the driver window has some very small scratches from being rolled up and down and the passenger window has 2 small chips on the top rear edge. The headlight washers need a new pump and hoses. I do not have a hard top for this car. There is a car lift in my garage. The car is located 30 miles from the Aspen airport. Color codes from the trim plate. Built date is B20. Bids start at $30,000. March 20, 2012. |
