| Car history: |
11/20/2013 Mileage: 65,999 miles
This car is very original and is a Survivor. The body has some scratches on it, what I would call a 20 footer. The Drivers door lower corner looks like some body work is showing. The car is missing one stainless steel Exhaust tip. The mileage odometer is broken, clock gauge does not work. The gauges do not illuminate. There is no belt on the new a/c, it has been retrofitted.
True Original 1973 Chevy Corvette LS4 454 Big block 4 Speed Matching numbers car. Power windows, Air conditioning, tilt telscopic steering column, power brakes, and power steering!!!
Trim Code 422 Dark saddle Leather - which includes Custom Interior Trim, wood grain accents and lower carpet trim on door panels wood grain also on console.
Paint 953 Metallic Yellow. I believe there was one repaint on the car prior to my ownership. Excellent color for a Corvette.
Engine Block Suffix CWM13S434444, last 7 Digits match Vin number on the car.
What was done to this car under my Ownership is the following.
New 225 70 15 Generals were installed.-tires One valve cover Gasket- passenger side. New brake calipers, pads, rotors and lines. Spark plugs- points, condensor and air filter. New starter.
This car runs and drives Excellent, it has always been Garaged, and has been taking care of in terms of my ownership.
This Corvette offers the perfect class for a real restoration. Every part is there, and there is no searching for parts with this car except a stainless steel exhaust tip.
The interior of the Corvette is in Original Condition as you will see in the pictures. The dash does have little cracks. The door panels are weathered and the seats will eventually have to be redone.
The GM original T-top bags are still there also as a plus. One bag does have a hole in it. T-tops are in good shape and function like they should.
The glass in the Car is also in good shape and both power windows work.
The vette also offer a laugauge rack for travel. Factory alarm also, that i do not have the key for.
The gauges on the car work also. The speedo has a quiet tick to it because I think the odometer might be disconnected, it does not work and neither does the clock.
The Radio in the car is undated (looks original) and you can add a cd changer to it if you like.
The heat and blower control does work in the console.
This car is a totally different animal vs. a small block Corvette. When you drive a Big Block car, you will not want a small block anymore. The power and Torque that 454 offers is significant over the 350 cube motor!!!!
Turn key - and I kept it up to road standards. Enjoy. Please understand that this car is not a restored car it is an original. |
