Car history:
The body has been repainted and with the exception of some overspray in the jambs, they did a pretty good job. There are two noticeable blemishes on the body. One at the lip of the left front wheel well about the size of a nickel and one at the nose on the front bumper. As you can see from the photos, the interior and engine bay both need attention. The engine runs really good. I've never actually driven this vehicle on the road so I don't know much about the character of it, I bought it as a restoration project. There's a leak at the front transmission seal and I was told by the previous owner that the C-clip at the left rear axle needs to be re-installed. The belt has been removed from the A/C compressor so I'm sure it's safe to assume it doesn't work. The driver's window and the antenna both need switches replaced. The doors were difficult to open from the outside so I replaced both handles and they're now working fine. When I first brought this vehicle home, I had brake issues when we backed it off the trailer only to discover a fluid leak at one of the front calipers. I purchased new calipers but I have yet to install them. They will, of course, come with the vehicle. The car may need additional work to be driveable but this as far as I've gotten with the inspection. I had planned to build a new shop to house this vehicle and several others for restoration but that hasn't happened yet and I don't have anywhere to store it properly so I'm letting it go.
