Car history:
1) 1969 Corvette 350 Turbo 400, 27,704 miles. It is a original side pipe car and has original pipes and aluminum pipe covers. I am the third owner. Le mans blue with bright blue interior, original colors. Bought it from person who inherited it from original owner. It sat from 1978 till I bought it in 2003. It was totally original except for the paint and tires. Have original unused spare tire and jack. Has original T top bags. Car is a 1969 but due to a strike at the plant late in 69 the car has 1970 front turn signals and grills. don't know how many got out that way but have heard of others. Starter acts up and works sometimes, sometimes it does not. Car runs good when starter cooperates. Have previous owner documentation and invoices for parts and other things done to car. I have not added them up because I really don't what to know! Total engine rebuild, Turbo 400 was fine and had new fluid, filter change. New, carpet seat covers and arm rest, rest of interior is original. Vacuum pop up lights and fiber optics in original working condition. All new brake calipers and pads, discs are original. Aluminum wheels from a 1974, New tires. New paint. car was media blasted and all paint primer removed. New front springs, front and rear suspension and drive line rebuilt with new bearings , joints and bushings. Suspension still had original white factory grease in it. New fuel sending unit, headlight, bulbs, headlight switch, Torque converter, carburetor, gaskets, seals, weather strip. What needs done, Wiper motor, (have original for rebuild), T Top gaskets/weather seals, reattach front sway bar (have it), broken valve cover bolt, needs new heater core, attach some interior trim door panels and chrome covers (have them), am fm radio was checked and worked but now does not ????. Clock works but hangs up some time, tach cable replacement. new starter, reattach spare tire hanger. Side pipe covers are original and need re chroming. No bid at starting $12,000 on August 20, 2017.
