| It is a relatively highly optioned with PS, 4-spd and factory air conditioning, but the A/C is not working. The car was a restoration project and it still needs some things to be finished. The engine is a 1969 Corvette 350 with the 3970010 casting number and a 1969 casting date, but it is not matching numbers. The car has a nice body with new paint the correct color of code 983 Fathom Green. The interior is black and is in good shape with new carpeting. It also has new rear bumpers and rear calipers. The engine runs strong and seems to be rebuilt, but I can't confirm the rebuild. The transmission shifts clean and it has a new clutch. The frame of the car is solid, but it does have a repair under the door area on both sides. They used a piece of diamond plate which is not cosmetically correct. The white convertible top is not new and is dirty and a little worn, but could still be used. The vacuum system for the headlights and wiper door is not working. I have the front grills, wiper doors and the A/C compressor and condenser, but they are not on the car. I am not sure which lights and gauges are working and it needs some weatherstripping. We are continuing to work on the car and will try to put in the fan shroud, front grills and various other components if possible in the next few days. The car will run, shift, drive and stop, but it really cannot be put on the road until these other things are addressed. This car could be completed in short order for not much more money and would make a great father and son project or a money maker to a dealer. It is rare to find a 1969 convertible with a 4-spd and factory A/C nowadays and it deserves a good home. I am selling it for a very reasonable price to help pay for another car. BiN $14,900.
