BODY: The color is a red pearl call firethorn red from the House of Colors. The paint looks really good except for a few small areas. There are a couple little chips on the edge of the drivers door and drip that was color sanded (it's easy for me to see it because I know it's there). Besides that, it looks good. All weatherstripping is no older than a year and 1/2. Of course this is not a show car, it is a very nice driver. The top is brand new, including the pads, wires and weatherstripping. The rear window is crystal clear. I also have the black vinyl hardtop. It's in good condition but rarely ever put it on. The headlights and wipers both work! Both headlights pop right up and go right down. The wipers work correct on high and low speed. The car also has the California Black Plates!! TIRES: Car rides on a good set of GoodYear Eagle GT II on the Rally wheels. Engine and Trans: The engine is a crate 383 that was put in last year. There is about 3,000 miles after install. Chrome Hooker headers run down the side of the car and sound awesome! They do that the louder mufflers inside and the quieter ones can be purchased from Hooker. Trust me, you will leave it. I tried the quieter ones and sold them the next week. The engine is using a tachdrive HEI and larger wires. The Demon 750 sits on top of the aluminum manifold. The heater is no hooked up. I am not sure if there was a leak in the heater core or if it was in the line (leak was on the engine side of the firewall. The car does not get hot! I had 2 others that I couldn't drive much on a summer day out here in California. This one, it's not a problem. Transmission is a built TH400 that has racing clutches installed. Transmission was a complete teardown and all new internals. Suspension: All the powersteering components have been replaced. This included the cylinder, gearbox, power valve, and some joints. Rear shocks were replaced last year and a composite rear leaf spring was put on 1 1/2 years ago. The car has a rear swaybar, I thought these were only on the big blocks? Maybe it was added later? I do have a lot of documentation on the car. I believe the car was first bought by a girl in Delmar California. INTERIOR: the car came origionally with blue interior. The interior parts have either been dyed or replaced (not by me) this was done long ago according to the last owner. There are a few little spots that need to be dyed again. (Dye included) It was bought but I never did it. The aftermarket radio works fine. the carpet and mats are in good condition. The three storage comartments need work. A replacement can be found for $175.00. That's for all 3 doors with the frame. Clock does not work as usual. The speedo and tach do work, as well as the horn. Door for the convertible top works great and doesn't leak. And it does have the Astro Ventilation windows. $23,000. Color codes from the trim plate. Built date is Q08. August 10, 2010.
