| 2) 1969 Corvette convertible, auto, original matching number 350/300hp motor with only 78,575 documented miles. The car is red with black interior and black convertible top. Options include power steering and factory A/C. The body has custom hood, flared fenders and molded rear spoiler. The car was painted a few years ago and still looks great with very few imperfections. Very clean interior with newer seats and door panels. The dash and console are also in very nice condition, as you can see from the pictures. The convertible top was replaced a few years ago and looks great with the exception of a small, dime sized repair. Both front and back bumpers are in great condition. Very clean chassis and bird cage. Headlights function properly. The tires are relatively new. This is a great looking car that runs very well. November 22, 2009. 1) I have a mildly customized 1969 Corvette convertible. It is automatic with power steering, power brakes, 350 V8, and air conditioning, am/fm cassette after market radio. The top is black and the interior is black. The convertible top has a hole on the right side about the size of a quarter. The car starts and drives and shifts perfectly, but has the following mechanical issues: There is a miss in the engine (low compression in one cylinder) and leaks oil, the transmission pan leaks as well as the gas tank which probably needs replacing. The body is perfect with painted stripes and name plate. The frame and floors are good. It can be P.A. state inspected with no problem excepting the aformentioned. It has 4 very nice 255/60/R15 Eagle GT tires. 78,500 miles from the odometer. October 7, 2009. |
