Car history:
I bought this car on June 18 1970 from a used car dealer after it had been repoed. It was showing 12500 miles. The car was sold new by Sexton Chevrolet Cadillac in Harriman TN. The original owner thought the car was a dragstrip car, took off the air pump and exhaust manifolds and put on a set of cheap headers. I tried to find the missing parts to no avail. I put factory exhaust manifolds back on but no air pump. The car was a driver for several years but kept in good condition. I bought a 69 dated hardtop for the car. I put sleeved calipers on several years ago. Ten years ago the car was being used less and it sat in a closed garage. I had some health problems and could not give it the attention it needed. I am now doing some mechanical maintanence on the car. It still looks like new and am looking forward to driving it again.
