Beautiful paint job in correct Marlboro maroon paint, with a little pearl in the clear coat for really nice depth. I have tried to gather as much info on this car and haven't had the luck I would have wanted. On the center console there is a little plaque that reads custom made for Wilsons. The original steering wheel has been wrapped in brown leather. I have been able to get the name of the shop that did the interior but from there I don't know. This corvette could have been made for a chevy dealership back in the day. I found a few old dealerships back east that have since gone out of business that had the name Wilsons. Also this car comes with a partial tank sticker. All the numbers match, frame, vin #, engine, trans, differential etc. Between the rare and powerful 390 hp ls5 engine to the light Saddle leather interior, this is a special car and is becoming more rare, especially in this condition. While this restoration has taken place I have tried to keep the original feel and look of this classic corvette. This car is absolutley stunning and while it would make the perfect trailer queen, I have never had that as my intention. I have also included a link to a webpage of the corvette with more details and pictures. January 29, 2010.

1970 Chevrolet Corvette Coupe with Original Tank sticker still on the original tank and a Numbers matching 454ci/390hp Gm Power Plant. The car was involved in an accident years ago and since then has had a complete front nose installed. When nose was installed they put a new core support in and put it in primer. Everything lines up nice and the door gaps are good. The engine is numbers matching and does run but the car needs brakes. When you open the door you see the original leather seats, door panals, carpet, dash pad, and gauges. The interior is driver quality just needs a good cleaning. This car is Loaded from the factory with: Tilt-Telescopic Steering Column, Power Windows, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Tan Leather Interior, AM-FM Radio, 454ci 390hp Engine, Automatic Transmission, & Marlboro Maroon Paint. Below is a photo of the build Sheet and the options are hard to read but are there. This car is showing 78k on the speed odometer and we believe this to be actual milage. Colors from tank sticker. March 4, 2008.
