Looks and runs excellent. Garage stored and only drove for pleasure in the summer. Paint not redone since about 1985 but still looks good. Appraised in 1998 by Victory Lane Motorcars Ltd. Rochester, NH as follows- 1972 Corvette Roadster has great eye appeal being red in color with black interior. It's panel fit and body finish is excellent. Interior is correct and like new. The car has been mechanically gone through as follows: frame, sand blasted and painted, trailing arms rebuilt, brakes, exhaust, rubber mounts, lines, hoses, etc. The engine was completely rebuilt and detailed. The car looks and sounds excellent. Also appraised in 1989 by New England Old Car Barn North Hampton, NH with the following comments. Refinished-professional quality. All complete-some minimal wear of chrome but all very presentable. Excellent original fiberglass body that has been professionally refinished. It appears to have never had any major repairs. The body appears like new. Complete original instruments- all working. No cracks in dash pad. Power brakes, exhaust headers, rally wheels with correct center caps and rings. Has original ignition shielding.
