Posted 11/03/2016 Lot #43 - This is a nicely equipped 1981 Corvette coupe with a 5.7 Liter, 4 barrel, OHV V8 and a B&M blower. It has aluminum wheels, glass T-Tops, air conditioning, power steering, power brakes and leather seats. Interior restored to factory condition. Ground effects package added with new paint. Engine and compartment upgraded with numerous chrome accessories. Custom hood added to clear blower height. Engine compartment is a mass of chrome and polished aluminum. Underneath the chrome air cleaner sits the polished B&M blower along with factory Corvette valve covers. A chrome alternator, air conditioning compressor, water pump, master cylinder and booster have been installed. Numerous chrome pulleys, chrome flex radiator air conditioning and heater hoses. Interior totally restored, new door panels, carpet, floor mats and steering wheel. Exterior shows custom body modifications and a very aggressive look. A set of rear louvers and custom spoiler have also been added. Paint is new with no orange peel and a very high luster. Lighter silver shading has been done on the side air intakes. Glass is in good condition with no chips, scratches or separation. There are no scratches or chips on the entire vehicle. Vehicle undercarriage has been nicely painted. New stainless steel performance exhaust system has been installed. Wheels are stock Corvette style which have been chrome plated and are mounted to BF Goodrich Radial T/A white lettered tires. CARFAX shows an accident reported on 3-23-87 involving front impact with another vehicle.
