| 2) 1969 corvette 4 speed 427 400 hp originally tri power. Now has single 4 barrel not correct carb or intake, note modification to original hood that can be saved. this vette was originally 980 Riverside Gold with ZQ-4 standard black interior. In the late 70s it was painted bright red that now looks like primer due to fading. This is a 3 owner Southern california (dry) rust free Black License plate car, plates are listed on 20+ year old title. engine trans and rear all original. We found this car recently in a shed it has been sitting for about 7 years. covered and dry but with a lot of dust and straw, after blowing it off with air replacing D/S upper door hinge changing fluids and replacing fuel tank (Found tank sheet in poor cond but still able to read some of it). we got it running and driving. drove it to gas station runs and stops pretty well. There is NO rust anywere frame and floors excellent body is in decent shape looks to have been curbed so lower area around spoiler and grills will need repair also above inner fenders where it attaches to upper surround. both very minor but needed repair. minimal stress cracking at usual places. All electronics are working headlights open and close passenger side very slow, All in all a very easy resto for a pretty rare # matching car in rare color. orig fuel tank and sticker and hinge. Here is the info we could get on the car: L-68 400 hp tripower, A-31 power windows, N-37 tilt/tele column, C-60 A/C with tinted glass, J-50 power brake, G-81 positraction. N-40 power steering, TJ-2 lower front fender trim, K-66 transistor ignition, UA-6 Alarm, Dealer option 993737 luggage carrier. Built Aug 07 1969. To be clear missing parts are lower grill chrome, tripower carbs air cleaner and intake, A/C compressor and brackets windshield has chip NOT crack. A very rare big block matching#s car. I manage a restoration shop and we have a lot of experience with pre 73 corvettes this is a very solid car with no surprises. 9,053 miles. Colors from the trim plate. Built date is M08.
