2) 1972 Chevrolet Corvette LT-1 with A/C. This is a low mileage, matching #'s car that is mostly original. The LT-1 equipped with air is an elusive, ultra rare and extremely desirable car to nearly all Corvette Collectors. This is one of only 240 LT-1's with Air Conditioning ever made. 1972 was the last year the Corvette could be ordered with the legendary LT-1 engine. This is a limited production, high performance 350 cid engine that Chevy only offered from 1970-72. It was also the first and last year that air conditioning was offered with this engine. I've been specializing in Corvettes since 1986 and I have been asked about '72 LT-1 A/C cars 100's of times and have always simply disregarded the requests because nobody can never locate any. This is the 1st time I have ever seen one in person. It is a very nice and very original car with low mileage and all original body panels, frame and most other non-wear items unaltered. The paint has been refinished in the original, correct shade of Mille Miglia Red. But other than that, only routine maintenance items were replaced. All the tell tale idiosyncrasies and points of interest are in place that should be showing on an unmodified, original Corvette. The chrome, grill, most lights, lenses, trim, mirrors, handles, glass are all correct and in great shape. The interior is remarkably clean considering it is original. It's nicer than most because it has the optional deluxe leather trim interior. This option package includes wood grain accents on center console and door panels and plush, cut pile carpeting. All LT-1's are equipped with the manual 4 speed close ratio transmission and this car also has the power steering and power brakes. Color codes from the trim plate. Assembly date is J15. BiN $39,875. December 16, 2015. 1) This is a daily driver that runs very well, matching numbers orig LT-1 with air, not too many around. I do not have to go through all the things about this car if you know Corvettes it is a very rare one, less then 240 built, last year LT-1, only year avail, etc. It is my personal daily driver, registered, insured, and inspected in my name. The paint is good to fair and not a show car, everything works from the headlamps, wipers, wiper door, power windows, and yes even the air conditioning works! All the gages work, oil pressure, amps, fuel, temp, tach, speedometer and odometer, turn signals, all interior and exterior lights, even the key buzzer and reverse lock out still work as does the seatbelt buzzer for both drivers and pass side. Options are as follows: AV3 three point belts / A31 power windows /C60 air conditioning/ ZQ1 optional rear ratio /J50 power brakes /LT1 350 w 255hp/M21 close ratio 4 spd/N40 power steering/ finished in orig coded 973 Millie Miglia Red with optional 404 black leather interior. The interior is vey clean and orig. Solid orig. frame, orig. body car. If your looking for a show car in a LT-1 with a/c I can assure you it will be alot more than mine and most likely a dealer, fee's, taxes etc. This is a very nicely optioned car and I am open to offers, only trades I am interested in would be a 1971 or 1972 mach 1 mustang no preference as to options/motor/color.
