The body on the car is extremely straight but does show some minor imperfection from driving in the red paint. All of the chrome shines bright and has held its integrity. The T-tops are fully functional and seal up nicely. The interior has remained original and is completed in black leather that has held up exceptionally well. All of the gauges appear to be working and the factory AC does blow cold! This example is equipped with power steering and brakes, the car has fantastic stopping power and drives very well. The factory 270 HP 350ci V8 has remained as the power plant nestled under the hood and the car is shifted by a turbo hydra-matic automatic transmission. The car offers ample acceleration that sounds healthy and the transmission shifts as smooth as butter, there are no weird noises coming from the hood. With just over 80,000 miles showing on the odometer this is a Corvette with plenty of life for the next collector.
