| For sale: 1981 Corvette Coupe. It has a professional basecoat, clearcoat jet black paint job that was done last fall along with new American Racing Torque Thrust Wheels and Nexen 245/45-17 tires. It has a black leather trimmed interior with a new steering wheel, carpet and complete dynomat from the firewall to the back. Custom sill plates, new seat belt assemblies, a HD AM-FM CD radio that plays mp3 cds and has a plug for mp3 players and a nicely done speaker system. I just had the carburetor professionally rebuilt. A set of hooker headers, collectors and 2.5 inch exhaust with mufflers installed. The L-82 350 has new valve cover gaskets. A new aluminum radiator with hoses, belts, plugs, wires, cap and rotor, and the emmission controls have been removed. I also drained and replaced the trans fluid with the filter and gasket. It features a tilt telescoping steering wheel, power windows, power locks, mirrored t-tops, tinted windows, cruse control, and air conditioning. I have also installed drilled and slotted rotors with new brake pads. This car drives as good as it looks. I have a clean car fax report and the 2 previous owners are a family member and a close friend of the family so I know the car has been treated well. There has only been a little more than 2,000 miles put on it since 1990 and has been garage kept all the time. Please feel free to ask me any questions. Thank you for looking. **There is a crack in the windshield upper top right corner in the tint band. Also the emergency brake system needs servicing. The are the only 2 issues with the car. The crack is not in the field of vision of either driver or passenger. ** I have purchased the parts and will have the parking brake system serviced by the weekend of 05/15/2011. |
