| 1968 Chevrolet Corvette convertible was sold new in Springfield, Illinois, and reportedly remained with its original owner for 50 years, the last 25 of which were spent parked in storage. It was inherited by the current owner in 2019. The upholstery on the drivers seat is torn, and the center console is cracked aft of the parking brake lever. A clock and gauges for water temperature, oil pressure, battery, and fuel level are present in the center stack. Service in June 2020 is said to include the replacement of the radiator baffle, fuel and coolant hoses, and fluids. |
