Check out this (correct) Bright Yellow Corvette! We are rotating some of our display inventory here at our Grand Old Opry location of our "Cars and Stars" Museum to make room for our newest acquisitions! This 76 Vette was owned and restored by a friend of ours. He was relocating several years ago and couldn't take it with him so we acquired it for the museum. I will tell you that it has been one of the perennial favorites of almost everyone who tours our display! This actually is a pretty unique car, being one of only 3789 produced in this Bright Yellow configuration out of a total 1976 production of 46,558! So, less than 10% of these were built like this! Equipped with the L48 Engine (correct we believe), 4 speed, Power Steering and Power Brakes makes this a relatively trouble free car to maintain! Still has the storage bag for the T-Tops and the tie down strap is in place in the storage area behind the seats. Take a look at the pictures. They show you what this car really is. It's not perfect, but (in my opinion) pretty nice for a 76. It has a couple little marks on the nose from "bumping" something (see the picture) and the driver side "A pillar" molding is chewed up a bit from the T-Top latch (happens on most of these unless you are extremely careful every time you take off or put on the T-Top panels). These are readily available from many of the Corvette Restoration Parts Companies out there if you should want to change it. If you want a nice Vette that is dependable and will thrill you as you cruise down the highway with the wind blowing thru your hair (if you still have any ) and those side pipes rumbling in your ear, this is a car for you.
