Here is a wild custom 1972 Barbie Pink Corvette Convertible up for sale! This car has all the bells and whistles for the person who wants all the attention on the road! These side pipes literally roar and the 100 spoke Dayton knockoffs are gangsta! Rolling in this car is like no other, with the factory 4 speed, hooker headers and side exhaust you will be leaving them all in the dust. The car has a few more tricks up it's sleeve including Recaro Sport seats and a Nardi steering wheel. Topping it off is a custom Corvette Summer style hood with 4 fat fender flares to fit the 10” wide Dunlap GT Qualifier rear tires. This car is like no other. Please call 949-285–8011 with questions. Exterior wise, the car has a brand new paint job over it's custom body. Overall the car looks great. All door locks, handles etc were all removed before paint. All the plastic grills, side rocker panels and gas cap logo were detailed and painted. The paint was not done as a show car, but more as a driver, so please don't overshoot your expectations. There are no nic's or dings or cracks in the body. As you can see the car has been modified with front and rear fender flares, a custom Corvette Summer hood, rear bumper has been deleted, and the front has been changed to look like a 79 front end. Overall the car looks really nice and clean. The wheels are Dayton 100 spoke knockoffs, and yes they are actually knock offs!. Side pipes are bolted onto Hooker headers, they do get hot so you have to be aware. The sidepipes and headers are a bit older and are not as shiny as the wheels. They have some spots where the chrome has come off and rust has started in spots. They still look good, but just pointing this out. The convertible top material is in good shape with no rips or tears, but someone before I owned the car decided to slash the rear plastic window which was already stitched in. Top and mechanism work well. Car has new weatherstripping in the door from Corvette shop. All doors lock. Headlights go up and down as a new vaccum pump was installed. All lights work as they should including, signals, brake lights and night time running lights and hazards. Wiper motor is brand new. Interior wise, the car is nice as most plastic and trim was prepped and refinished. The dash is in nice shape with a few small cracks in the speaker grill area. Dash face and cluster look good as the gauge cluster was refinished as well as the shift plate. Shift pattern plate is new as well as new leather shift boot. The steering wheel is a very nice Italian made Nardi with wood handle, not only does it give the car a good look, it is smaller and makes it easier to drive. The seats are very nice Recaro Sport seats, they are both in good condition and are comfortable. The carpeting is in very good shape with no rips or tears. Door panels are in good original shape, not perfect but look good. The car has power windows which work well, passenger side switch is brand new, both window regulator motors are strong. In the gauge cluster, looks like the gas gauge needle has gone to far, it does move, but innacurate. Water temp gauge is external and works good, the one in the cluster is not working. The clock does not work, oil pressure gauge does work and the voltage gauge works. The car has a new center arm rest console as well as a new hood release cable and a new throttle cable. The car has telescopic and tilt steering wheel. Passenger side glove pocket in in very nice shape. CD player works well and the car has two 6x9 speakers in the back! The radio also has an auxuliary input for your media player! Mechanically, the NOM 350 starts right up and runs well. The car is fast and loud and fun to drive. The carburetor is a newer Edelbrock 1400 series double pumper carb. It has new exhaust manifold gasket and new valve cover gaskets. It has hooker headers. I bought a brand new gas tank with new sender and new gas cap. The car also has a new fuel pump and new air cleaner. Wiper motor is brand new. Engine was detailed and looks good. I have had no problems driving this car. The transmission shifts well and the clutch feels good. If you don't put the shifter all the way and down in 2nd it will occasionally pop out, but never when I put it all the way down. The brakes look good and there is over 50% remaining up front. The car has Koni shocks. I have driven the car on the freeway and it feels ok, I am sure some of the bushings have been replaced but overall it is all original. The car handles good. So here is your chance to do something really cool for yourself or your wife, that is buy a pink Corvette. This would also make a great advertisement for a business or would go great in a movie.
