| Here is a beautiful 1968 Chevrolet Corvette convertible 427ci 390hp four speed with two tops in great condition inside and out. This car started life as a big block car and has always been a factory "safari yellow" with black standard interior car. This car has always been a southwest car and originally came from California where it spent most of its time. With a recently rebuilt drive train makes this car an absolute blast to drive. A big block under the hood, four speed transmission and top down it just doesn't get any better. It's loaded with the following equipment: 427ci 390hp V8 (non #'s matching), Muncie Four Speed Manual Transmission (#'s Match), Power Steering, Power Disc Brakes, Power Windows, AM FM radio, Original Rally Wheels. The exterior of this slick looking car is in beautiful condition. This is an original color coded "Safari Yellow" car very nice through out the car. The paint still shines and was just given a professional buff to a beautiful luster! All the chrome and stainless on the car look original and still shine. This car has a rust free frame and fairy clean underside. The interior appears to be original and looks nice. The seats, door panels, carpet, and dash are in great condition and look very nice for the age of this car. All the gauges work as they should. Even the clock works. All the courtesy lights as well as all the running lights work as they should. Look at the dash and the steering wheel...not one crack....Wipers are all there and hooked up but are not working. Mechanically, this rare 68' Corvette is in excellent condition! The 427ci 390hp NOM V8 purrs like a kitten and sounds awesome. Some of the original chambered exhaust is still present under the car. The original four speed transmission shifts perfect just like it did back in the day. This car has all been gone through mechanically and is ready for the next cruise night or car show. The odometer reads 85,00 original miles and is documented/box A on the title. All the original smog equipment and ignition shielding are included. This '68 Corvette convertible is a great overall car because of its great drivability and its status as an original big block car. 85,504 miles from the odometer. Colors from the trim plate.
