| This 1969 Corvette convertible has become available due to a Vietnam Veteran disability, lack of use and lack of storage. There is a picture of the build sheet that is very worn but verifies what this car originally was. Originally it had a 427/435hp engine. Full transistor ignition, posi traction axle 370 gears, 4 speed close ration transmission, side pipe exhaust, alarm system, Lemans Blue/Blue Interior. I had contacted a corvette restorer last year from VA. He told me how to confirm the build sheet was indeed for this car. This car could be restored original or is a GREAT driver as it is. Here is what the car is Now: Not original motor or drive train, new 4 speed transmission, big block Chevy engine (there is a picture of the details of the engine written by the guy who built it), over $6000.00 spent on new rear end with 355 gears, DUI ignition, Blue on Blue with white top, new tires, L88 hood, no power steering, hidden head lights work, windshield wiper gate works. It still has the side pipe exhaust, Interior is original. The mileage is 66,550. I know I haven't put more than 1000 miles on it since I owned it and I've owned it for 12 years.
