| TWO OWNERS, BODY OFF RESTORATION, 4 SPEED, BRAND NEW CONVERTIBLE TOP, 450 HORSEPOWER, NEVER DRIVEN IN RAIN, BRAND NEW PREMIUM TIRES OWNERS MANUAL. The entire body was removed from the chassis, every part was either rebuilt, refinished or replaced. Nothing was left undone making it a truly awesome automobile. We included all of the receipts and work sheets, including the owners hand written check lists. The previous owner and his son owned the car since 1972. When they purchased it they intended to build a dream car and they spent years perfecting the car they loved. There never was any rust or frame issues even before the restoration. The under carriage, including the frame, was poly coated. Job one was to update the engine. A 1970 LS5 Corvette engine was installed and modified to 450 horsepower.........brand new from GM. The car runs like a roaring bear. The original four speed transmission shifts with ease and has been totally rebuilt. The entire engine compartment is show quality. The cosmetics are flawless with a lot of chrome dress ups. A crowd will gather when you open the hood. No apologies or excuses here. The exhaust has a wonderful sound, of course it is new. So are the Firestone tires. 235 60 15 on the front and 275 60 15 on the rear. It is hard to describe the grand look when you fill the wheel wells like this. The premium paint modifications look splendid at any speed, even standing still it is a car in motion. I do not know how to describe the look so I took a lot of pictures to better show this awesome car. The color combination and the attention to detail is spectacular. The wheel centers, hood center, rear, side louvers and lower side moldings are finished in creamy frost white. The rest of the car is GM LeMans blue. STRIKING to say the least! The chrome is brand new, so is the convertible top. The interior is sexy and comfortable. The custom upholstery is inviting and something to look at. A luxury wrap surrounds you as you cruise the streets. This is an unique, quality automobile. It is just as nimble and vibrant as the day it was first introduced. This automobile is absolutely beautiful and very fast. It makes a definite, positive statement. It is a never driven in the rain awesome Corvette Stingray. These cars just keep climbing higher and higher with no end in sight. Today they have become a National treasure as precious as the liberty bell or the Brooklyn bridge. 70,078 miles from the odometer. Color codes from the trim plate. Built date is F13.
