| This 1968 Chevrolet Corvette has the original numbers matching 427/435 HP, four speed manual transmission, and Posi 4.11 rear end it was born with. With more than 2,500 hours into its restoration, there are over 100 hours just hand sanding the frame. This car was completely disassembled with every bolt, nut, and fastener removed. Each part was individually painted and then re-assembled. We have 100's of pictures showing the entire process (and it is detailed!). This labor-intensive restoration was completed 17 years ago and today the paint still looks new. All the gaps and heights are perfect. It has been driven 5,000 miles since finishing the restoration and remains a quintessential example for a '68 Corvette!
