Vehicle was previously lovingly restored by its owners with some documentation. Comes with original owner's manual, Protect-O-Plate and Consumer Information packet. 90K original miles gently driven by older owner. This is a MATCHING NUMBERS block, correct #3970010 casting number with correct CGZ suffix code for the LT-1 engine. The car however is NOT all correct. Tachometer redline is incorrect for lt-1, missing the original aluminum intake, and internals do not have solid lifters. I did not check the carburetor, heads or the exhaust manifold numbers. I want to be perfectly transparent so the new buyer understands. Mechanically the car is in EXCELLENT shape and you can fly in and drive it home if you wanted to. Brakes just COMPLETELY OVERHAULED. Headlights work up and down well, and all seems to be working. Inside has been completely redone as well, as you can see. Excellent seats, carpeting, door panels, dash, etc. Underside is VERY CLEAN as well, LOOK AT PICTURES. End caps are excellent, birdcage is nice. I did not see any issues. Overall this is a VERY WELL KEPT older RESTORED 1971 Corvette Coupe with MATCHING NUMBERS LT-1 block and factory 4 speed with 90k miles.
