| This is winter project is like none other with NO EXPENSE SPARED!!! Beautiful Brand New SRIII tubular frame; www.sriiimotorsports.com that has been professionally sandblasted, finished with two coats of PPG primer, and sprayed with Lexus’s "Iron Gray Mica" single-stage enamel which sparkles in the sun. Fully polished, chromed and completely rebuilt suspension from a C4 Corvette. All running gear is either brand new or professionally rebuilt with only the best parts available. Entire suspension is either chromed or polished to a high luster. C5 brakes have been added to the front and C4 brakes to the rear. The rear differential is a new professionally built C4 Gladiator Dana-44 by Exotic Muscle; www.exoticmuscle.com with heavy duty parts that were cold stabilized and shot-peened to be able to withstand 1,000 HP. HD U-Joints and U-Joint strap kit are from Van Steel; http://www.vansteel.com/ A professionally modified Corvette LS2 by Scoggin-Dickey www.sdparts.com is included which is rated at 525 HP at the crankshaft. Also included is a brand new Tremec 5-speed transmission; http://www.keislerauto.com/ that is rated to 600 HP. The body is a '69 Convertible body which is currently a bare shell and needs refinishing. There are two minor tears in the fiberglass floorboards which are easily fixed by a competent body shop but, otherwise the body is smooth and has no serious rust issues in the birdcage like other older Corvettes. Also, the front one-piece surround clip has been removed for inspection purposes and can be easily mounted back in-place. Other items included are; removable '69 hard top, new Griffin aluminum radiator, new Lakewood bullet-proof bell housing, and two professionally built steel body/frame carts that make working on this project a breeze. Also, many other spare parts that are in near perfect condition include; chrome bumpers, gauges, dash pad, new emergency brake mechanism and console and many OE body parts. The interior needs new carpet, door panels, seats, etc. This chassis is ready as a roller and all that is needed for power is to add the fuel tank, lines, computer, and vintage air accessory drive; www.vintageair.com.
