| 1975 Corvette - Body Man or Car Painter Project This car runs and drives good Too much replaced to list but I will try anyway Engine: Rebuilt 454, not original, somewhere in the 400 to 425 hp range Block is iron: 361959 Recored radiator Rebuilt power steering pump Aluminum water pump - circle track pump TCI converter - can't remember what the stall is Rare iron heads, casting number: 3873858 (66-67 396/427) closed chamber 108.9cc Rare low profile aluminum intake manifold, casting number: 3963569 (70-71 LS6 454) Heads were rebuilt with 2.3 inch intake valves, valves/springs are new Forged pistons, 10.5 to 1 compression ratio New cam is hydraulic: Crane H-286-2 Lift:.534/.553 Duration: 286/296 Cast aluminum roller rockers Double roller timing chain HEI distributor New Holley 4150 with vacuum secondaries and manual choke Tube headers and dual exhaust Engine has less than 2,000 miles since being rebuilt High torque mini starter Engine idles rough sometimes - probably needs small adjustment Transmission: Rebuilt TH400, original All brake calipers replaced with o-ring calipers (this has to be done to all C3 vettes) Left rear bearings and outboard u joint were replaced NEW tachometer circuit board (these all go bad on all C3 vettes) Both window mechanisms were cleaned and rebuilt - NEW rollers on both windows NEW regulator and drive motor on the passenger side - both windows work good NEW carpet Tires have less than 2,000 miles Shocks have less than 2000 miles Steel rear transverse leaf spring has less than 2,000 miles Rear suspension height is adjustable Rear strut rods are heavy duty adjustable type - not stock Front and rear bumpers were replaced with fiberglass (original bumpers dry out and crack over time on all C3 vettes) Fiberglass bumpers will not dry out and crack over time Wheels were dismounted, primed, and painted the original color All trim is included with car (front/rear emblems, wheel centers, wheel trim rings, side frame covers, hood and rear grates) Headlights work great unlike most C3 corvettes Frame is in great shape - note two pictures of each side Note in the frame pictures that the tires are so new they still have the nubs Car needs to be sanded and painted I have over 16k invested, my loss - your gain This car was driven once last summer and once the summer before Too many projects - it needs to go Located in metro Detroit, Michigan Any questions call: 248-514-6758 Price: US $5,700.00 |
