1969 CORVETTE PROJECT* I have had this car for 8 years and have done nothing with it. I purchased it from a customer of mine that had it sitting since 1978 in their garage. The story goes that it was a 427 that there son had bought from a guy that raced it and blew the motor up (427). He had put the small block in it painted it white. He did the hood scoop (WHAT A SIN) and put on those great rear mud flaps. The cars factory color is riverside gold w/saddle interior. This car need everything. The 4 speed is a muncie and I'm assuming it original and the rear end looks untouched the car does have factory side pipes. And passengerside is the better side I didn't feel like pushing out. But I will if need be. Driverside door glass is missing and passengerside upper door hinge is broken. The frame has not rot at all car has sat most its life in a garage. I haven"t drop fuel tank to look for build sheet I"ve been trying for 8 years. So if I don"t have time for that I don"t think I'll have time to restore. The worst parts of the body are the rear tail light panel and drivers side front corner (Besides what was done to that hood). I have no interior or bumpers. 91,000 miles. May 13, 2008.
