| 1978 Corvette L-82, 4 speed with 42,000 original miles. Color is code 82 Mahogany metallic with code 76 mahogany cloth interior. The car has numbers match on engine and transmission. Transmission is a close ratio super T10 with a 3:70 rear end ratio. Car has optional factory aluminum wheels with optional 60 series tires. There is a new aluminized true dual exhaust on the car that is factory look. Has recent repaint in 2 stage urethane with clearcoat. New aluminum desert cooler radiator. Completely rebuilt emergency brake system which grips well. Has am/fm, cd player installed, but also included will be a factory am/fm radio and a new faceplate for the factory radio. Has all new exterior emblems. Paint is excellent, not a total highest end show job, but a great paint job for a cruise night driver. Very nice head turner, it runs and drives excellent, and sounds great, does not feel like a 32 year old car. There are no warrantees, of any kind, no mechanical, no emissions, no safety. Inspection of the car before buying is recommended, and is the responsibility of the interested buyer. The car will be sold with a CT bill of sale and a current CT registration, no title is available, nor will the state of CT issue one on a car older than 1981 no exceptions. I have already asked. I do have a photo copy of the old Colorado title from the previous owner, but this car is currently registered and insured in CT. |
