| 1976 Chevrolet Corvette - this is a project car. $3,700 or B/O or trade. I am located in Neptune, NJ. I traded a car for this car recently and I am considering whether to fix this up myself or sell/trade it - maybe you can help me to decide! I am putting it up to see what kind of response I get. From what I know - engine was rebuilt, some of the bodywork is custom and has been redone. Body is in good shape. Hood needs paint. Someone was going to try and turn this into a race car - and that was started, but, never completed. Interior is in pieces - but, there are tons of parts in the car. It does start and drive. Mileage is unknown - because odometer is not there. It could be one of the many parts that is in the car though - but, not sure. My neighbor is a Corvette guy - and he said someone has spent money and time redoing the body - and it is in good shape and was redone really well. My problem is that I do not do work myself - I just like to drive cars. So, if you know what you are doing - you could have a $7,000 to $8,000 car for small investment. I am interested in a trade - I will consider everything and anything - let me know what you have. Would prefer something pre-1986 though.
