Car history:
2) Matching auxiliary hardtop, White convertible top. Numbers matching 300hp 350ci engine, automatic transmission, posi rear-end. It's not often that we come across a car with documentation like this. This car has only had ONE OWNER in the last 39 years, and comes with many original documents, including its very first title and protect-o-plate! Not to mention that this car has just 78,360 original documented miles, with ZERO miles on the freshly rebuilt matching numbers engine! This Corvette was assembled on February 18, 1969. Paint on this car is excellent. Flaws are extremely few and far between, with a brilliant shine. Chrome bumpers are newer and in very good condition with minimal flaws. Chrome exterior door handles are in very good condition with strong return springs, and the weatherstripping also appears to be newer. This car wears rally wheels, which are in very good condition with very good condition trim rings and center caps. Tires are Firestone F70-15 bias-ply with redlines, looking to have roughly 80% treadlife remaining. Taillights are in very good condition, showing no cracking. The interior of this 1969 Corvette Convertible shows new seat covers and foam, and very good carpet, steering wheel, and dash pad. Gauges are in excellent condition with absolute minimal fading and clear lenses, and even the clock works. The original engine in this 1969 Corvette Convertible shows casting date February 4, 1969. Intake manifold is correct for this car, and the Quadrajet carburetor that currently sits on top would have been correct for a 1969 350/350hp Corvette. A/C compressor shows correct label, and the ignition shielding is in place as well. This engine has just seen a very thorough rebuild, including new pistons, rings, camshaft, lifters, machining of the original crankshaft, valve seats and seals, machining of the valves, cleaning and sealing of the original radiator, all associated gaskets, and much more. Frame is solid and rust-free. This is an investor quality and very desirable car, so don't expect it to be here for long! Factory features include auxiliary hardtop, air conditioning, power steering, power brakes, front fender louver trim, headrests, AM/FM radio. 78,360 Miles from the odometer. February 19, 2010.
1) It is completely original, (original wheels and center caps included). It comes equipped with factory A/C (working condition), both, the hard top, soft top, power steering, power brakes, AM/FM, and Automatic transmission. Just those options alone are unique, and were even in 1969. Only 11,859 out of 38,762 of these cars came with factory A/C. The car has had a total repaint, back in the mid 70's. The paint was recently buffed, and came out beautifully. The pics do not do this car justice, it actually looks better in person. The car comes with the original Tennessee title, protecto plate, and various paperwork showing its pedigree. The original paint code (the same color today), is 974 Monza red. Original interior code is 407. The engine is code# V0210HZ (350 C.I.D./300 h.p.). The mileage @ 77,496 is the true and correct mileage. This is not a restored car. Colors from the trim plate. Built date is G18. 77,496 miles from the odometer. January 25, 2009.
