| Private Sale...Assisting customer with listing. What we know... This is a 69 CORVETTE. At some point the fibergalss nose of a 74 was put on. Why I don't know. It runs and drives, I drove it for 2 PLUS hours this WEEK. Fun and a bit SCARY...LOL I know car had sat for about 1 year. My mechanic put in gas, checked all the fluids and jumped it, it fired right up, no smoke no burning oil or antifreeze smells or signs. I did not see leaks before or after my drive. I could hear a vacuum leak, I assume that is why the Lights don't go up and down...My mechanic is gonna play with it this weekend, a bit, I will update with findings... I do not know, and last owner was of no help with history and knowledge of VETTES in general. I see it has A/C console and no A/C gear underhood..., I flipped switch and nothing, ??? T- Tops came in and out NO problems. Something was clearly nesting in and around engine compartment, but I did not see any signs of wires chewed or broken. Under car looks very good, I will try to post pics of underside, lift is INOP...NO RUST, great project or leave alone and CRUISE... UPDATES... Loaded tons of photos while UNDER CAR doing ALL BRAKES... New brakes in a BOX set of original rebuilt Calipers, Master cylinder and stainless lines and added NEW rotors... Mechanic said to say that THE ROTOR THAT CAME OFF WERE STILL RIVETED ON, which he believed makes this likely to be a legit 60K car...that is his opinion, and as you can see from photos, there IS NO RUST under this car, NONE...very clean... I took it to Carlisle this weekend for CORVETTE show, ran great no issues... This is a DRIVER... It runs great... I have car in front of my house for sale starting this AM and already took tons of calls...in front of house asking $8000.00 OR best offer... Sold with Bill of Sale and signed CT orginal reg from customer, sorry no title in CT for older than 81 and I can't get one I asked...
