09/21/2014 1982 Chevrolet Corvette Collector's Edition is In Excellent condition with only 13,100 documented miles. Clean car report. No accidents or bodywork. Show quality paint and decals. Tires are original equipment Goodyear Eagle GTs with correct code. Original interior and floor mats are in excellent condition. Only item needing attention is quartz clock runs but not keeping time. All other electrical and mechanical items work fine. Car is documented with laminated build sheet and window sticker, copy of CARFAX, and original owner's manual and warranty card. Car was purchased from the original owner in Connecticut by a private Corvette Dealer / Collector in FL and sold to me as the second titled owner and was able to transfer original miles stated on title from Connecticut to Florida. Car has been recently serviced with new oil, lube, filter, and new OEM air filters. The original exhaust system was replaced by dealer at the rear Y Pipe along with mufflers due to aging and appearance. The previous owner also installed an Alpine stereo and two additional speakers, new shocks and new brake calipers and pads. The A/C was converted to R-134 and blows cold. Car starts, idles, runs, rides, and handles as you expect with a low mile 32 year old Corvette. It would not take much preparation to get this car NCRS judged. You will have a hard time finding a nicer, original 1982 CE Corvette in this condition.
